Aim of the Training
In this training, you will learn about different substrates, their pre-treatment and the complete paint build-up in combination with the latest sanding and spray gun technology. We will impart basic knowledge that will enable you to develop further for advanced seminars with little previous knowledge in the field of vehicle repair.

- Identification and pre-treatment of substrates
- Handling Nexa Autocolor base materials, topcoat systems and clearcoats
- Selection of the right hardener and thinner combination
- Spray gun technologies
- Use of sanding machines and abrasives
- Masking options
- Different paint build-ups
- Dealing with colour documentation
- Health protection
Requirements
Basic knowledge of vehicle painting
