1B Introduction to Refinish Level 1 - Following Nexa Autocolor Process manual

Aim of the Training

The trainees receive well-founded explanations about the repair process. In the daily work process, the trainee does not always have the opportunity to deliver a perfect paint result directly on customer vehicles. In the Nexa Autocolor training centre, you will learn intensively about the application of different materials in theory and practice.

Contents of the Training

• Identification and pre-treatment of substrates
• Preparation of new and repair areas
• application of etch primers and Hi build primers
• including roll primer and sanding process
• Use of sanding machines and abrasives
• Health and safety protection

Requirements

Trainees in apprenticeship or work experience

Target Group

This is aimed at collision refinish apprentices, improvers anyone with minimum paint experience.
